"WE Regularly Apply To Create A TWITTER Account.  Our MISSION Includes Fundamental Human, Civil And Political Just Society Transmissions. TWITTER RULES Require The APPLICANT Providing Either A Phone Number Or A Valid Email Address. Twitter Rules Do Not Explain That Land Line Numbers Are Not Accepted. We Have Several Complaint Events Where Twitter Accepts Our Account Registry Information - But, Then, Locks Or Suspends The Account; Claiming A Breach Of Rules. We Currently Have Our Mobile Number Registered At Twitter For Several Of Our Twitter Accounts. Twitter No Longer Accepts This Mobile Number. There Is No Rule Explanation Of The Number Limit That Is Acceptable To This Mobile Account. We Regularly Advise CEO Jack Dorsey & GLC Vijaya Gadde Of Our Complaints. We Have Advised Them Of Our Intent To Bill Them For Our Time Due To Their Rules Misrepresentation. But, Usually, The New Account Is Locked Out Within Seconds Of Setting It Up - Because, We Have Submitted The Account G-Mail Address – As Offered. We Are Enjoying Twitter. But, Their RULES Are Not Representative Of FACT. Their Business Strategy Is To Acquire MOBILE NUMBERS For SALES CONTACT PURPOSES - Which Is NOT Advertised By TWITTER In Soliciting OUR ACCOUNT APPLICATION. IS TWITTER WILFULLY NEGLIGENT In Seeking UNJUST ENRICHMENT ? Thank You For Your Assistance In Resolving This Matter. We Will Seek Civil Resolve If Necessary."
